Speak or Stay Silent

We like to think truth is black and white  fixed, absolute, non-negotiable.

But in real life? Truth often arrives tangled. Complicated. Uncomfortable.

And when it does, we face a choice:
To speak it, or stay silent.
To own it, or avoid it.
To protect it, or reshape it into something easier to carry.

There is always a choice.
And the truth especially the kind that costs something  is no exception.

Sometimes telling the truth risks your image.
Sometimes it changes relationships.
Sometimes it forces you to grow faster than you’d like.

But the alternative?
A life of distortion. One that looks stable on the surface but slowly bends you out of shape.

So yes, truth is a choice.
A hard one.
But often, the most freeing one.

And every time you choose it even in small ways  you build a life that feels lighter, braver, and more aligned.
