Visible, Invisible, and Everything In Between

There’s something quietly powerful about knowing when to show up and when to step back.

In a world obsessed with visibility, presence is often equated with value. If you're not posting, updating, speaking up, or contributing, it can feel like you’re disappearing. But that’s not always true. Sometimes, the most intentional thing you can do is retreat.

There are seasons where I’m fully present. I’m creating, engaging, contributing, and showing up in all the ways I know how. I feel tuned in, responsive, and energized. I am seen.

And then, there are phases when I disappear  not dramatically, but quietly. I slow down. I withdraw from the noise. I pay attention to what’s happening within instead of what’s happening out there. And in those moments, I’m not lost. I’m re-aligning.

“Now you see me, now you don’t” isn’t about inconsistency. It’s about rhythm. It’s the dance between expression and introspection. Between giving and regenerating. Between knowing when to speak and knowing when silence holds more wisdom.

If you’re in a “now you don’t” phase  it’s okay. Let yourself vanish for a while. Not to escape the world, but to return to yourself.

You’re not absent.
You’re incubating.
And when you re-emerge, you may surprise even yourself.
