Only actions truly speak

 People say a lot.

They promise.
They post.
They preach.

But words are easy.
They cost nothing and mean even less when they’re not followed through.

I’ve learned to stop listening so closely.
Not because I don’t care — but because I’ve seen what silence can do.
Because I’ve been disappointed by loud voices with empty hands.

Now I watch.
I wait.
I listen not with my ears, but with my eyes.

Who shows up?
Who follows through?
Who keeps going even when no one’s clapping?

That’s what matters.

So I’ll speak less.
I’ll move with quiet intent.
I’ll let my actions carry the weight of what I believe, what I value, and what I stand for.

Because in the end…

Only actions truly speak.
