I Will Show You True Power
There’s a version of me people don’t see.
The one who gets quiet before the storm.
The one who doesn’t need applause to know they’ve already won.
People mistake silence for softness.
But not all power is loud.
Not all strength is shown in fire.
Some of us are sharpened by control refined by restraint.
I’ve been told to feel more.
To smile more.
To care louder.
But emotions?
They’re not my fuel.
They’re noise.
And I’ve learned to cut through noise.
Power, to me, isn’t how loud you can be
It’s how unshakable you become when everything else crumbles.
Power is clarity when others are clouded.
Discipline when others are distracted.
A storm that chooses not to break.
So no, I’m not cold.
I’m focused.
I’m not emotionless.
I’m just not ruled by them.
And if you think that makes me less…
Watch me.
I’ll show you what true power looks like.
